In fall meeting of 2023, the OBC Board agreed there has been no interest from the members to support OBC as a bonified non-profit. As of 12/31/2023 the organization is disolved.
Plan of Dissolution: Funds ($133.16) will be used to pay off any debt incurred (including this website & URL costs). Any remaining funds ($0.00) will be given to the Cedarburg High School Mountain Bike Club. This website will cease upon it's expiration on 3/18/2025.
